Summary
Federal Employees Humanitarian Leave Act of 1993 - Allows executive agency employees to take up to seven days of leave each year without a reduction in pay or leave to which they are otherwise entitled in order to donate organs or bone marrow. Terminates the use of such paid or sick leave for such purposes on October 1, 1995. Allows Federal employees to use sick leave for purposes relating to the adoption of a child. Provides for the restoration of annual leave used for adoption-related purposes.
