Summary
Interstate Recycling Promotion Act - Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to make it lawful for any State to exclude from treatment, storage, or disposal any solid waste from another State which does not have a substantially equivalent law promoting or requiring the recycling of the solid waste products involved. Includes within such laws a law prohibiting the manufacture, sale, or introduction into commerce of any nonreturnable beverage container with respect to which no refundable money deposit is required by the consumer.
