Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Army to pay to each person and survivors of those persons who served as a Philippine Scout after December 6, 1941, and before December 31, 1946, in a lump sum the difference between the basic pay which he would have received for his military service during that period if the rates of pay of the Philippine Scouts had been the same as the rates of basic pay for other members of the Army of the United States of corresponding grades and length of service, reduced by the basic pay actually received by such persons.
