Amends the District of Columbia Police and Firemen's Salary Act of 1958 to: (1) provide for additional compensation for officers and members of the Metropolitan Police Department and Fire Department of the District of Columbia, the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division, and the United States Park Police force who carry out certain technical or hazardous duties; and (2) revise the requirement regarding the treatment of additional compensation paid for service longevity to officers and members of the Metropolitan Police Department and Fire Department of the District of Columbia.
