Amends the Inspector General Act of 1978 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to create an Inspector General for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Requires the President, within 60 days after enactment of this Act, to appoint a CFPB Inspector General.
