Prohibits the use of gasoline and diesel fuel for the busing of public school students to schools farther away than the closest public school offering educational courses for the appropriate grade level of the students concerned. Exempts from the provisions of this Act, parents using gasoline or diesel fuel to transport his child to a public school.
