Summary
County Revenue Protection Act of 1983 - States that moneys received from national forest timber sales which are payable to a State under specified law shall include: (1) amounts received as defaults on sales contracts; (2) all interest penalties; and (3) all other amounts received from any timber sale extension. Directs the United States to remit the entire interest penalty to States entitled to a share of the revenues of an extended sale. States that amounts from timber sales which are required by specified law to be deposited into a certain fund shall include all default and interest penalties accruing from the extension of such sale.
