Summary
Atmospheric, Climatic, and Ocean Pollution Act of l982- Authorizes appropriations for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the Department of Commerce for atmospheric, climatic, and ocean pollution programs for fiscal year l982. Permits the transfer of funds between categories. Requires the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to notify the Congress of the nature of, and reasons for, any transfers in excess of ten percent. Authorizes appropriations for use by the National Climate Program Office for fiscal year l982. Requires the Administrator to report to the appropriate committees of Congress on all aspects of the atmospheric, climatic, and ocean pollution activities for such Administration.
