Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to establish penalties for any person who: (1) attaches a U.S. flag to his body or clothing in a degrading manner; (2) alters the shape or traditional methods of displaying the U.S. flag for personal, political, or monetary gain; or (3) casts contempt upon such flag by using it to cause an individual to commit treason or a violent act of civil disobedience.
