A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide that in the case of any veteran who served for ninety days or more during a period of war, the development of the disease transverse myelitis to a degree of 10 per centum of disability or more within seven years from the date of the veteran's separation form service shall be presumed to have been incurred in or aggravated by such service.
