Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, with respect to the provision of veterans' basic educational assistance, to approve the enrollment of an eligible veteran or other person in any course offered by a proprietary profit institution of higher learning at a branch or extension of such institution if the course has been offered: (1) at the institution's principal location for more than two years and is approved by the Secretary; and (2) by another approved branch or extension of such institution which has been in operation for more than two years.
