Summary
U.S.- India Security Cooperation Act of 2001 - Amends the Arms Export Control Act with respect to the prohibition on U.S. economic and military assistance to any previously non-nuclear-weapon state that detonates a nuclear explosive device. Limits such prohibition to such states that detonate such a device after May 13, 1998 (thus exempting India from such sanctions).
