Summary

Computer Security Research and Training Act of 1985 - Directs the National Bureau of Standards to establish and conduct a computer security research program to address the problems of computer security in the Federal Government. Requires each agency to provide periodic training in computer security, under guidelines developed by the Bureau, for all employees (including contractor employees) involved with the management, use, or operation of automated information systems. Authorizes appropriations.
