Summary
Authorizes to be appropriated, under the Library Services and Construction Act, for each fiscal year ending prior to September 30, 1978, $137,150,000 for the purpose of making grants to States for library services; $97,000,000 for the purpose of making grants to States for public library construction; $18,200,000 for the purpose of making grants to States to enable them to carry out interlibrary cooperation programs; and such sums as may be necessary for the purpose of making grants to States to enable them to carry out public library service programs for older persons.
