Summary
Emergency Highway Repair Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to provide financial assistance to States for major repairs to routes on any Federal-aid system which suffered damage as a result of the unusually severe winter weather which occurred between October 1, 1978, and May 1, 1979. Establishes a formula to be used by the Secretary for apportioning such assistance among the various States.
