Provides that, with respect to weeks of unemployment beginning after the date of enactment of this Act and benefit years beginning before January 1, 1983, the 20-week work requirement established by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 shall not apply for purposes of determining eligibility to receive extended unemployment compensation and Federal supplemental compensation.
