Summary
Idaho Wilderness Ceiling Act - Prohibits any more than 3,500,000 cumulative acres of Federal land in the State of Idaho from being designated as wilderness by any Act of Congress. Declares that any wilderness acreage created by Congress in excess of such limit must be offset by statutory withdrawal from the National Wilderness Preservation System in Idaho.
