Amends Federal law (relating to the absence of a Federal employee in connection with serving as a bone-marrow or organ donor) to permit an employee, in any calendar year, to use not to exceed: (1) seven days of paid leave to serve as a bone-marrow donor; and (2) 30 days of paid leave to serve as an organ donor.
