Summary
Requires the basic pay of employees of the United States Army Corps of Engineers who are paid from Corps of Engineer Special Power Rate Schedules to be adjusted annually to be consistent with the basic pay of employees of the Department of Energy and of the Department of the Interior who perform similar work in the corresponding area and whose basic pay rates are established in accordance with prevailing wage rates.
