Summary
Amends Federal law to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to increase the acreage limit from 16 to a maximum of 116 for an administrative site on the Maryland mainland for the Assateague Island National Seashore in Maryland and Virginia. Repeals provisions that limit the acreage of Federal property on the Maryland mainland that may be transferred from a Federal agency to the administrative jurisdiction of the Secretary.
