Summary

Deep Creek Wilderness Act - Establishes the Deep Creek Wilderness Area in Colorado. Directs the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture to manage such lands in accordance with the Wilderness Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976. Sets forth administrative provisions regarding: (1) withdrawal of such lands from further entry or appropriation under public land, mining, or mineral leasing laws; (2) use of such lands for navigation training exercises by the Colorado Army National Guard, hunting and fishing, and livestock grazing; (3) establishment of interpretive facilities; (4) a prohibition against development of any new water resource facility; and (5) continued access by private landowners.
