Summary
Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to direct the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to require each broadcast station licensee to file such financial information as the Commission considers necessary to enable it to discharge its responsibilities. Requires the FCC to make such financial information available for public inspection and to provide a copy of such information to any person upon written request. Authorizes the FCC to charge a fee for such a copy. Requires any broadcast station licensee filing financial information with the FCC to make such information available for public inspection and to provide copies of such information to any person.
