Summary
General Revenue Sharing Amendments of 1985 - Extends the general revenue sharing program through FY 1988. Repeals present allocation formula provisions relating to: (1) State allocations for units of general local government; (2) county area and county government allocations; (3) local government allocations; and (4) separate law enforcement officer allocations for Louisiana. Sets forth a revised allocation formula provisions concerning: (1) special entitlements for Indian tribes and Alaskan native villages; (2) State area allocations for units of general local government; (3) general entitlement for units of general local government; and (4) adjustments of local government allocations.
