Summary
Provides that for the calendar years 1975 and 1976 the amount of the inpatient hospital deductible which is applicable under Title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act shall not exceed the deductible applicable during 1974. Authorizes to be appropriated to the Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund such sums as are necessary to place the trust fund in the position it would have been in if the inpatient hospital deduction had not been frozen for two years.
