Summary
Sugar Pine Dam and Reservoir Conveyance Act of 1999 - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to transfer the Sugar Pine Project to the Foresthill Public Utility District of California. Authorizes the Secretary to receive a specified amount from the District to relieve repayment obligations and extinguish Project debt and requires continued Project payments from the District through 2023. Revokes the reclamation withdrawal dated April 27, 1980, covering the reservoir area in Tahoe National Forest.
