Summary

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to convey to the White Lotus Foundation all right, title, and interest of the United States in a specified parcel of real property within Los Padres National Forest in Santa Barbara County, California. Requires the White Lotus Foundation to pay: (1) the appraised value of the federal land; and (2) all costs related to the conveyance, including all surveys, appraisals, and other associated administrative costs. Requires the White Lotus Foundation to agree to continue to allow access to an existing roadway on the federal land to the same extent as permitted during 2012.
