Summary

Internal Revenue Commission Act - Establishes an independent commission to be known as the Internal Revenue Commission to be headed by a Commissioner to be appointed by the President for a term of five years. States that all functions with respect to the administration and enforcement of the Internal Revenue Code previously performed by the Secretary or Department of the Treasury, or the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, shall be transferred to Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Commission.
