Summary
Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that the remarriage of a widow or widower shall not terminate his or her entitlement to widow's or widower's insurance benefits or reduce the amount thereof. Stipulates that the benefits of a child of an individual entitled to benefits shall not be terminated upon marriage of such child if such child is disabled.
