Summary

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to provide that martial arts uniforms of cotton or of manmade fibers are to be classified under a specified item of the Schedules regardless of whether they are men's, women's or infants' wearing apparel, or if they are ornamented or not ornamented. Increases the duty upon such uniforms.
