Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to authorize the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to provide representation for and hold harmless, or provide liability insurance for, any officer or employee of a Federal Public Defender Organization or Community Defender Organization receiving grants, for money damages for personal or property injury arising from malpractice or negligence of such individual in furnishing representational services while acting within the scope of employment.
