EEZ Clarification Act This bill revises the boundaries of certain federally controlled waters within the exclusive economic zone and gives relevant states and interstate marine fisheries management commissions the authority to manage fisheries within Block Island Sound, located between areas south of Montauk Point, New York, and Point Judith, Rhode Island.
