Summary
Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program Extension Act of 1993 - Amends the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1991 to extend the authorization for new claims for benefits under the emergency unemployment compensation program to June 30, 1994. Modifies the final phase-out period for continuation of claims to end it on August 15, 1994. Provides for a similar extension of the program of temporary extended railroad unemployment insurance benefits (and modification of the phase-out period).
