Summary
San Joaquin River Restoration Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to complete a study of the Upper San Joaquin River Basin in California to determine the feasibility of increasing water storage capacity and power generation and of improving water supply reliability and quality, water management efficiency, and ecosystem function and flood control on the San Joaquin River through the construction of a reservoir at Temperance Flat and other reasonable measures.
