Summary
Amends the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to make cost of living adjustments to the formula for determining which individuals in executive or high policymaking positions are excluded from the Act's protections and are thus subject to mandatory or forced retirement. Increases from $27,000 to $42,400 the minimum pension required for individuals so excluded.
