Summary
Coal Accountability and Retired Employee Act for the 21st Century - Requires that interest credited to the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund be transferred to the United Mine Workers of America Combined Benefit Fund up to such amounts as the Fund trustees estimate will offset any deficit in its net assets. Prohibits any other amounts in or credited to the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund from being transferred to the Combined Fund.
