Establishes in the Army an Optometry Corps. Provides for the membership of such Corps to qualified optometrists who are citizens of the United States and who have such other qualifications as the Secretary of the Army may prescribe. Establishes an Optometry Corps in the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. Establishes procedures for appointments to the active list of the Navy in the Optometry Corps and the Regular Air Force.
