Summary

Directs that reports to Congress respecting claims for compensation for damages arising out of the Teton Dam failure shall not reveal the name of the individual claimants and that information acquired by the Secretary of the Interior respecting such claims shall be maintained in such a manner as to protect the privacy of such claimants.
