Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, through the Chief of Engineers, to acquire by purchase or exchange from any willing seller at any time after the date of enactment of this Act fee title to, or other necessary interests in, lands above the Painted Rock Dam, Gila River, Arizona, that are required for the storage capacity needed to permit operation of the dam and reservoir.
