Summary
Authorizes the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to issue a license for the construction and operation of a hydroelectric dam at Bridge Canyon on the Colorado River, Arizona, to be known as Hualapai Dam, together with a reservoir, powerplant, transmission facilities, access roads and appurtenant works. Repeals the provisions of the Colorado River Basin Project Act of 1968 which made the Federal Power Act inapplicable to the Colorado River between Hoover Dam and Glen Canyon Dam.
