Summary
Social Security Disability Determination Simplification Act of 2003 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the reconsideration step in the review process governing decisions on benefit entitlement. Makes opportunity for a hearing with respect to any initial decision or determination available without any requirement for intervening reconsideration.
