Trooper Timothy Mossbruker Memorial Act - Amends Chapter 53 ( Machine Guns, Destructive Devices, and Certain Other Firearms) of the Internal Revenue Code to include in the definition of the term "firearm" (for purposes of the National Firearms Act) a 50 caliber sniper weapon. Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit the transfer or possession of a 50 caliber sniper weapon.
