Summary
Letting Educators Access Resources Needed Act or the LEARN Act This bill allows the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide for the use by state and local governments of all federal supply schedules managed by the GSA. (Under current law, the governments may only use GSA schedules for supply of certain products and services.)
