Summary

United States Immigration Court Act of 1985 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish a United States Immigration Court, consisting of a 70-judge trial and a six-judge appellate division. Sets forth jurisdictional provisions and appellate review procedures. Grants jurisdiction to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to review immigration matters such as deportation, exclusion, and asylum. Provides for exclusion without hearing under specified circumstances.
