Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a feasibility study to improve the safety, capacity, and operational characteristics of the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge on I-66 connecting the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Requires a report to Congress within 90 days of enactment of this Act. Requires the report to ensure the maintenance of a bicycle and pedestrian path. Authorizes the Secretary to conduct a construction project on such bridge upon favorable results of such study. Authorizes appropriations out of the Highway Trust Fund.
