A bill to require the President to direct the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to submit to the appropriate Committees of the Congress a joint report addressing the question of United States Government responsibility for providing benefits and services to individuals who served with certain voluntary organizations in support of the Armed Forces of the United States stationed in the Republic of Vietnam during the Vietnam era.

Summary

Requires the President to direct the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to submit to the appropriate committees of the Congress, no later than 180 days after the enactment of this Act, a joint report addressing the question of Government responsibility for providing benefits and services to individuals who served with certain volunteer organizations in support of U.S. armed forces stationed in Vietnam during the Vietnam era.
