Summary
Revises the boundaries of the Fort Matanzas National Monument in Florida to add approximately 70 acres. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire any land, water, or interests in land that are located within the revised boundaries by donation, purchase, transfer from any other Federal agency, or exchange. Authorizes appropriations.
