Summary
Severe Storms Advisory Committee Act of 1983 - Directs the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to establish a Severe Storms Advisory Committee which shall submit annual reports to the President and Congress assessing and making recommendations concerning the current objectives, milestones, and technological developments of the severe storms forecasting program. Sets forth the terms and conditions of membership on such Committee, including representation from specified agencies, State and local civil defense systems, and weather forecasters. Terminates such Committee after five years.
