Summary
Retiree Health Benefits Protection Act of 1993 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Protection Act of 1974 to prohibit subsequent termination or reduction of group health plan benefits provided upon a participant's retirement. Allows an exception for limitations provided by the plan as in effect on the date of such retirement for which written notice has been provided to the participant on or before such date. Prescribes rules governing litigation involving the termination or reduction of such benefits provided upon retirement, and sets forth injuctive remedies.
