Summary
Provides for the preservation and promotion of the Connecticut River Valley through the establishment of a Connecticut Historic Riverway. Establishes the Mount Holyoke Riverway Committee to consult with the Secretary of the Interior on the development and administration of the valley. Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
