Summary

Amends the Great Lakes Fishery Act of 1956 to increase the number of U.S. Commissioners on the Great Lakes Fishery Commission to four (currently there are three). Directs the President to appoint an alternate Commissioner. Terminates the terms of office of the current commissioners. Directs the President to appoint commissioners within 60 days after enactment of this Act. Sets the terms of office for the three appointees from Great Lakes States. Makes a conforming amendment to a specified Federal law.
